Iyengar Yoga with Align with Jessica is a progressive, supported, alignment based yoga practise that offers you clear, accessible teaching. Learn how to properly build your poses from the base and FEEL the difference of a foundational practise. Students enjoy expertly curated sequences built to support healthy back, knees and hips.   Classes are structured to both energize and restore. 

 Beginners and regular practitioners alike express the benefits of Iyengar Yoga for strength, stability, flexibility, mobility and mental/emotional well being. Iyengar Yoga teachers are rigoursly trained with a strong focus on the use of props to support your positive and progressive development towards alignment in a healthy and nourishing yoga practise.
