These online classes with offer you an excellent general practise at home on zoom. Once you register you will receive a link to join the live zoom class. If you can't make the live time, all registrants still receive one week of access to a recording of the class.
This is a led class, so once everyone has signed in and we start class I will lead by clearly demo'ing our poses so you have a quick visual, and then guiding you through them.
These classes are built for the maintenance of healthy back, hips and knees and to energize through restoration of the nervous.
You will need some props, but can be household items:
- A computer, smart phone or I pad with zoom installed.
- A yoga mat
- Some clear wall space
- A sturdy chair or yoga chair
- 1-3 blankets
- A yoga strap
- 2 yoga bricks (not necessary but suggested)
- A bolster (not necessary but suggested)
